Since his appointment to President in 1997, Tsvet has been responsible for exponential growth, expanding his company’s facilities and investing in innovative production machinery that increases efficiency while delivering a better end-product.

David Garbuio, P.Eng

General Manager

Since joining Telco in 1997, David has managed the fabrication of over 300 steel structures. In addition to overseeing all aspects of project and contract maintenance, he is the backbone of the Telco management team; continually building from within to ensure that all client expectations are surpassed.

Jeff Teasdale, P.Eng

Jeff joined Telco in 2003 and has been responsible for completing connection designs for single and multi-storey buildings. In addition to managing projects, he spearheaded and continues to maintain Telco’s registration with ISO 9001 and all safety-related protocols.

Waad Nonna, B.Sci

When Waad joined in 2009, he brought with him a new specialty to add to Telco’s repertoire; the fabrication of complex structures. His most notable accomplishments include the dome of the Prayer Palace in Toronto and the 36” solid steel columns for the Goldman Sachs building in New York City.
